Aleia Kuhn Obituary Griffin GA, Skipstone Academy Athlete Died

Aleia Kuhn was a bright and spirited student-athlete from Griffin, Georgia. A proud junior at Skipstone Academy, she balanced both academics and athletics with heart, humility, and an unmistakable passion for teamwork.

Aleia played on the varsity softball and volleyball teams, wearing jersey #12 on the field as a second baseman and right fielder, and jersey #31 on the court. Her athletic performance earned her recognition—ranking among the top 33 players in Georgia for one key softball statistic, as well as top 24 in GAPPS Division I and top 15 in GAPPS D-I Sectional 4.

Beyond the stats, Aleia was deeply admired by her teammates and coaches for her dedication, kindness, and leadership. She was the kind of athlete who played with purpose, always lifting up those around her, whether her team was winning or learning.

She was the cherished daughter of Christopher Kuhn and Amanda Kuhn, who supported her every step of the way. Aleia’s presence at Skipstone Academy left a mark not only in the game but in the hearts of those who knew her.

Her mother Amanda Kuhn shared “My sweetest baby girl is now my forever angel. Please continue to pray for Christopher Kuhn and I as we have to do what no parent ever should have to. Also, remember Corben and Colter. Aleia was my backbone and my heart. She was too good for this earth but I’m too selfish to not want her back. She was mine and I wasnt ready. She loved so big. She showed her love for Jesus everyday to everyone but I wasnt ready for Him to want her back already. Please keep all our family and all her friends and especially Carter Spence in your prayers. He was the love of her life and she was his. I don’t know what this next chapter looks like but I’m so thankful for all the support and love for my family. Arrangements will be posted as they are made.
